During my 12 years in the mental health field, I’ve guided adolescents, adults, and parents in the Boulder and Longmont area. Offering empathy, understanding, and evidence-based interventions, I help navigate societal pressures, anxiety, and depression utilizing relational based therapy.

With extensive experience in helping rebuild families and addressing unhealthy coping mechanisms, my goal is to equip families with tangible skills that they can use on a day-to-day basis. As a mental health advocate in the Boulder Valley School District, I understand the school system intricacies and how to actively support students. I specialize in helping youth navigate the challenges of being a student in today’s society.

Flexibility defines my practice.
