Bio: I specialize in working with young people, young professionals, serious students who are good at solving complex problems people who enjoy their minds. If you are this kind of person, you may sometimes suffer with anxiety, depression or relationship problems. And like other complex problems, when painful distressing emotional states are sufficiently addressed, they can be sufficiently alleviated.

Sometimes it can feel overwhelming to be alone with difficult feelings. I provide the means to talk openly about anything, everything. Together we can explore what you’re up against and find new ways to proceed. When you talk about things you care about, I will help you carve out the means to make the progress you desire.

If we are a good fit, your work with me will alleviate distress, emotionally and practically. Short or long-term, we work at your pace via phone, video or in-person. I no longer accept insurance so our work together is completely private. My home office is located close to CU campus.
